February 20, 2016 - Students in Grades 5-8
Motivating students to stretch the capacity of their unlimited imaginations, Orlando Science Center challenges students to transform ordinary and found objects into a kinetic system. Awards will be given based on problem-solving, best use of science and mechanical innovation.
All winners receive medals. The Best in Fair teammates share a $500 prize. Teams who will Best Use of Science and Most Innovative awards each share a $250 prize. The Best in Fair team’s sponsoring teacher also wins $250!
