The 2013 Science of Wine saw a record number of more than 700 attendees sample wine, learn the science thereof and raise funds for Orlando Science Center’s educational programs.
Almost two dozen of Orlando’s top restaurants prepared delectable bites and more than 100 wines were available to taste. Information stations allowed guests to discover how wine is made and much more. In addition, Luis Torres of the Constellation Academy of Wine returned for the third year to give a seminar that examined how best to pair wine with cheese.

The second annual Science of Wine on Saturday, May 19 was a tremendous success with over 600 guests enjoying an evening of great food, amazing wine and entertaining, yet informative seminars.
