Pandas: The Journey Home 3D (2:15 pm)
General Audience

National Geographic Entertainment is proud to bring Pandas: The Journey Home to the world! You will fall in love anew with this iconic, delightful creature and better understand the desperate plight of pandas in the wild. The filmmakers of Pandas: The Journey Home were granted unprecedented access to the Wolong Panda Center in China to bring to light the extraordinary efforts of the Chinese to secure the panda's future in the wild.

Directed by Nicolas Brown and produced by Caroline Hawkins of Oxford Scientific Films, the film follows the center's pandas at a significant milestone in their history. After decades of its captive breeding program, the center has hit its target number of 300 giant pandas and must now tackle the challenge of reintroducing breeding populations to the wild. The filmmakers were allowed to film the release of pandas bred in captivity and to follow a group of wild pandas in their mountain habitat.

Titans Of The Ice Age 3D (3:15 pm)
Now Showing - general audience

Titans of the Ice Age 3D transports viewers to the beautiful and otherworldly frozen landscapes of North America, Europe and Asia ten thousand years before modern civilization. Dazzling computer-generated imagery brings this mysterious era to life – from saber-toothed cats and giant sloths to the iconic mammoths, giants both feared and hunted by prehistoric humans. The magic of the giant screen reveals the harsh and beautiful kingdom of these titans: an ancient world of ice, the dawn of our ancestors, a time when humans fought for survival alongside majestic woolly beasts.

Travel across monumental glaciers and sweeping grasslands, rich in life – a Northern Hemisphere whose vast plains resembled the African Serengeti. Roam the mammoth steppe with baby Lyuba, a 40,000 year old female Woolly Mammoth calf recently exposed by the melting Siberian permafrost, now one of the best preserved mammoth mummies in the world. Discover the story of Zed, one of the most complete Colombian Mammoth skeletons ever uncovered, extracted in 2008 from under a Los Angeles parking lot next to the famous La Brea Tar Pits. Witness a time when the hunters became the hunted, where saber-tooths, dire wolves and cave bears ruled untamed continents.
