We have reached capacity!

Applications for the 2024 Summer Volunteer Session are now closed.

We will re-open applications prior to our School Year Session, check back for more info.

As a Catalyst Youth Volunteer, you have the opportunity to work closely with children and families to create a fun learning environment.

Orlando Science Center’s Catalyst Youth Volunteer Program operates year-round, and many of our volunteers return year after year. Volunteering at Orlando Science Center satisfies most middle school and high school community service requirements, and your dedication will make a difference in our community!

Volunteering at Orlando Science Center will help you build skills, make friends, and create opportunities to continue learning and growing.

The Catalyst Youth Volunteer Program is highly competitive and requires a complete online application to be considered. Due to the limited volunteer positions available, Orlando Science Center may not be able to select all applicants for a team. Current Catalyst Youth Volunteers have priority over new applicants to continue into upcoming sessions.

Applications for the Catalyst Youth Volunteer Program typically open twice a year for applicants aged 13 - 17 during the Summer Season and School Year Season.
